A: Retailers must purchase tickets from the Arizona
Lottery. Only the games authorized for sale by
the Lottery’s charitable retailers will carry the
Arizona Lottery logo.
Q: WILL THERE BE A VARIETY OF GAMES TO CHOOSE FROM?
A: There will be a minimum of six games, priced at 25¢,
50¢, $1, and $2.
Q: HOW WILL ORGANIZATIONS ORDER TICKETS?
A: American Games Inc. is the authorized distributor
of Arizona Lottery instant tab tickets. Retailers
will be contacted on a regular basis to order tickets.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRIZES I HAVE TO PAY?
A: Each winning ticket will have the prize amount
behind a tab, and the winning symbols will have an
arrow through them. Each deal (set) of tickets has a
serial number. You will receive a flare card to post
that states the serial number. A retailer only pays
prizes from a ticket with a serial number from one of
its deals. To make sure you don’t have to deal with
a lot of old serial numbers, the rules provide that a
player must redeem their prizes on the business day
of purchase, which extends to your closing time if it
is after midnight.
Q: HOW DO I DISPENSE THESE GAMES?
A: You can sell the games from a container like a jar or a bowl, or you can sell them from a vending machine. The Lottery does not provide vending machines. If you decide you want one, they are available for
purchase or lease from a number of companies. The
Lottery recommends that you do some comparison
shopping if you decide to buy or lease a vending
machine. Please note that vending machines should
dispense tickets only.
