Who can sell charitable games?
The Lottery currently limits the sale of these specific games to charitable nonprofit organizations. These organizations must become licensed Arizona Lottery retailers.

The Arizona Lottery requires its retailers to have a fixed location in addition to meeting the following conditions (among others):

  • The organization can confirm its nonprofit status.
  • The organization has a lodge, post or other facility.
  • The organization sells something (food, beverages, etc.) in addition to Lottery products.

Several nonprofit organizations are currently licensed full-product Lottery retailers. These licensed retailers will need to apply for a charitable game license in order to sell instant tab games.
